Auntie E’s Muesli

2 cups organic oats

1 cup rye flakes (you can use rye seeds and grind slightly in coffee grinder)

1 cup of any or all of the following: sliced almonds, chopped dried apricots, dried blueberries or cherries, pepitas, sunflower seeds, raisins, sesame seeds*

1/2 cup chopped walnuts

1/4 tsp nutmeg

1/2 tsp pure cinnamon

Stir all ingredients together in a large bowl. Store in a large ziplock baggie or airtight container in refrigerator. Serve with regular or almond milk and fresh berries.

*Note: You can use any or all of these ingredients, depending on what you have on hand or what new combination you want to make.
