Nutella Peanut Butter Quesadillas (Nutella-Dillas)

2 large whole-grain tortillas

2 tablespoons Nutella

2 tablespoons peanut butter

Heat a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Spread the Nutella in a thin layer on one tortilla and spread the peanut butter in a thin layer on the other tortilla. Press the two sides together (filling on the inside) like a sandwich. Heat the quesadilla for about 3 minutes on one side, until golden brown, then flip and heat until golden brown on the other side. Use a sharp pizza cutter to slice the quesadilla into triangles. Serve warm. Serves 2.
