1/2 pound of rolled oats

2 cups wheat germ

1 cup raw unsalted almonds

1 cup raw unsalted cashews

1 cup sunflower seeds

1 cup honey

2/3 cup water

1 tsp. vanilla

2/3 cup vegetable oil

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine dry ingredients. In separate bowl combine honey, water, vanilla, and oil. Pour over dry ingredients and mix well. Spread on large baking sheet and bake 15 minutes. Stir mixture around to turn over all of the clumps, and then bake for 15 more minutes. Cool and store in covered container.
