Ingredients
4large Dole bananas
2cupsGreek yogurt
1/2Dole pineapplepeeled, cored, and cut into chunks
1cupmixed fresh berrieswe used blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries
1cupcrunchy granola
4cherriesoptional
Instructions
Prepare the bananas: Remove the peels; then slice the bananas in half lengthwise. Arrange each pair of banana halves on a plate or long bowl.
Place a 1/2 cup scoop of yogurt between each pair of banana halves. Divide berries and arrange on top of yogurt for each plate. Sprinkle granola on top of each plate and garnish with a cherry if desired.
