  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill leaves, packed
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt


For the dressing:

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth. Add more olive oil or lemon juice to taste if it is not liquid enough. Adjust salt to taste. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until serving.
