Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe avocados
  • juice of one Seville orange (about 2 tbsp.)
  • 1/2 medium red onion, peeled and minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Peel the avocados, remove the pit, and mash in a large bowl. Stir in the orange juice, red onion, and salt. Serve immediately. If you need to store it before serving, cover it with plastic wrap so that the entire surface of the guacamole is covered (to prevent browning).
