A peach salsa made with white peaches. You can make it as mild or hot as you like!
Begin prep work: Halve the peaches, remove the pits, and dice the peaches into very small pieces. Peel and dice the onion. Peel, seed and dice the jalapenos (wearing protective gloves if needed). Mince the garlic. Coarsely chop the cilantro leaves.
Combine peaches, onion, jalapeno, garlic, and cilantro in a medium bowl. Add hot
sauce, adjusting for taste, and lime juice. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve
with chips.
