Chia Pudding

A super-easy, no-fuss recipe for a delicious chia pudding - perfect for breakfast or snacks.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk (or your favorite milk)
  • 1 tsp sweetener of choice (optional)
  • Dash vanilla (optional)
  • fruit garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Select two equally sized bowls or Mason jars. Divide the chia seeds and milk (and sweetener, if using) evenly between the two bowls. Stir until the chia seeds are evenly coated with the milk. Let the mixture "rest" for five minutes; then stir again to get all of the clumps out. Chill for at least one hour before serving; overnight is best. Top with fruit of choice and serve.
