An easy, tasty apple-cranberry crisp made with crushed Holiday Crunch Clean Snax.
Peel and core the apples and coarsely chop them into 1/2 to 1-inch pieces. Add them to a mixing bowl along with the cranberries, sugar, cinnamon, flour, and lemon juice. Pour the apple mixture into a greased 9-inch baking pan or pie plate.
Meanwhile, pour the contents of the package of Melissa's Holiday Crunch Clean Snax into a sturdy plastic bag. Using the flat side of a mallet, coarsely crush them until no large pieces remain. Pour the crushed Clean Snax over the fruit mixture in the pan. Dot the Clean Snax layer with small bits of butter.
Bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes, or until bubbling and apples are soft. Serve warm or at room temperature.
