Easy No-Cook Asian-Style Lettuce Wraps

An easy lettuce wrap made with ground turkey and lots of fresh veggies Requires no cooking if you use leftover meat!

Ingredients

  • 1 small head lettuce leaves pulled apart, rinsed, and dried
  • 1 pound cooked ground turkey may substitute grilled chicken or other cooked meat or tofu
  • 1 carrot shredded
  • 1/2 cucumber cut into julienne strips
  • 1 small bunch cilantro
  • 1/2 cup hoisin sauce We use Soy Vey Hoisin Garlic Marinade and Sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Place one large lettuce leaf flat on a plate or board. Top with about 1/4 cup of ground turkey, and then garnish with carrot, cucumber, and cilantro. Drizzle 1 to 2 teaspoons of hoisin sauce on top. Sprinkle on a pinch of sesame seeds. Wrap the lettuce around the filling and eat.
