A deliciously different coleslow with spicy ground nuts and miso-almond dressing.
In a small container, whisk together the miso dressing, almond butter, sesame oil, and rice vinegar. The mixture should be the consistency of a creamy dressing. If it is too thick, whisk in more of the miso dressing. If it is too thin, add almond butter.
Add the shredded cabbage into a large bowl and toss with the dressing. Stir in most of the ground nuts, reserving a tablespoonful or so for garnish.
Garnish with ground nuts, sesame seeds, and/or cilantro leaves. Serve immediately. (If not serving immediately, hold off on the nuts and sesame seeds until you are ready to serve.)
