These delicious and refreshing coconut date shakes are dairy-free and vegan.

Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe banana, peeled and frozen
  • 6 to 8 large Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp (unsweetened) cocoa powder)

Instructions

  1. In a large blender or food processor, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately. Makes two large shakes or three small ones.
