1large ripe banana, peeled and frozen
6 to 8large Medjool dates, pitted
1cupunsweetened almond milk
1/2cupcoconut milk
1tbsp(unsweetened) cocoa powder)
Instructions
In a large blender or food processor, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately. Makes two large shakes or three small ones.
