Cheese Tea

A refreshing tea drink with a sweet cream cheese topping.

  • 8 ounces heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 4 cups freshly brewed (iced) tea (sweetened or unsweetened, depending on your preference)


  1. Combine the heavy cream, milk, cream cheese, and sugar in a mixing bowl. Using an electric mixer, whip the mixture until it is the consistency of firm whipped cream. (Stiff peaks should stand up on their own.)

  2. Pour the iced tea into four tall glasses. Place a large dollop of the whipped cream mixture over each glass, distributing equally. Serve immediately.
