An easy lettuce wrap made with ground turkey and lots of fresh veggies Requires no cooking if you use leftover meat!

Ingredients
1small head lettuceleaves pulled apart, rinsed, and dried
1poundcooked ground turkeymay substitute grilled chicken or other cooked meat or tofu
1carrotshredded
1/2cucumbercut into julienne strips
1small bunch cilantro
1/2cuphoisin sauceWe use Soy Vey Hoisin Garlic Marinade and Sauce
2tbspsesame seeds
Instructions
Place one large lettuce leaf flat on a plate or board. Top with about 1/4 cup of ground turkey, and then garnish with carrot, cucumber, and cilantro. Drizzle 1 to 2 teaspoons of hoisin sauce on top. Sprinkle on a pinch of sesame seeds. Wrap the lettuce around the filling and eat.
