In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Using a pastry blender (or a fork), cut in the butter until the mixture is evenly crumbly.
Pour in the milk and stir. The mixture should be sticky. Scoop the dough by rounded tablespoonfuls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. (You should have enough for six mini biscuits). Bake at 425 degrees for 12 minutes.
