A delicious sweet chocolate chip banana bread, made with buckwheat flour so it's gluten free.
In a large bowl, mash the bananas. Whisk in the eggs, melted butter, and sugar. Set aside.
In a smaller bowl, sift together the buckwheat flour, gluten-free flour, baking soda, and salt. Add the flour mixture alternately with the warm water to the banana mixture. Stir in the chocolate chips, being careful not to over-mix.
Pour the batter into a large greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 for one hour, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
