This heirloom apple pizza, made with Fontina cheese and bacon, brings out all of the great flavors of fall.
Preheat oven to 475 degrees. Shape the pizza dough as desired. Brush liberally with olive oil. Spread the apple slices and bacon crumbles evenly over the pizza. Top with grated Fontina cheese. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown. Serves 4.
