Taking a Tea Break with Steep Echo Tea

Steep Echo Tea

Tea drinking has taken on a whole new life in our house with Steep Echo Tea, a new brand of tea made from olive leaves. (Olive leaves? Yes!)

For centuries, people have treasured olive trees for all they have to give. Of course there are the olives, and olive oil. But olive leaves are extremely valuable as well. That’s in part because they contain a nutrient rich ingredient called oleuropein, which is rich in healing properties. For example, oleuropein boasts of having almost double the antioxidant power of green tea extract and four times higher than vitamin C.

So where do Steep Echo’s olive leaves come from? The family-owned, certified-organic Bel Lavoro Orchards located in the mountains of Santa Barbara, California, trims them from the orchard. Owner Kimberly Branum describes how in making olive oil, it’s important to keep the trees pruned, which yields many leaves from their Manzanilla olive trees. The family began making olive leaf tea with the olive leaves that they hand-harvest from their organic trees… and Steep Echo Tea was born.

Steep Echo has also developed five unique blends (we’re showing you three of them here) for every possible mood or need. Whether you’re looking for detox, immune boosting, digestive aid, or relaxation, you’ll find a tea that tastes delicious and fits the mood perfectly.

Speaking of moods, our mood is … celebratory. We’re ready to get holiday celebrations started and move forward into a new year. That’s why we made this Spiced Cider Bloom Tea… Depending on your mood, you can drink it hot or cold (and you can spike it if you want!)
