Do you know Cacique products? You’ve probably seen them in your supermarket, but if you’ve never used them before you’re missing out! We’re especially excited about our first recipe, which is up right now on the Cacique blog: Panela Quinoa Black Bean Wraps with Cilantro-Lime Vinaigrette. Panela is a curd-style crumbly cheese that holds its shape very well no matter what size pieces you break it into. It has a lovely mild taste, which makes it especially appealing to kids. The wraps are also topped with a drizzle of Crema Mexicana, which is a wonderful table cream. Put it all together (with kid help, of course) and it was quite the family favorite!
